We love rounding up the best seasonal dishes out there and sharing with you, and that’s just what we’ve done again with these 5 great recipes sure to get you in the mood for fall. So go ahead and get cozy, and read on for more info!

Tortillas & Sprouted Bean Dip

The Miami-based sisters behind blog The Sister Yard are back with their delicious recipe for fresh flour tortillas and sprouted black bean dip. The tortillas and dip are simple to whip up, and you can pair them with their recipe for hot tomato soup as well. Find all the recipe info here.

Bacon Harvest Chicken Skillet

We love this one pan recipe from Delish that is both simple and cozy as we move into fall and winter. Combine chicken thighs, bacon, and brussel sprouts together and cook in one skillet to create this stew-like dish. Serve with bread and enjoy! Full recipe can be found here.

Cheesy Cabbage Gratin

This recipe from Bon Appétit is sure to be a hit at Thanksgiving, but there’s no reason why you can’t try it out beforehand. The cabbage here is cooked to perfection, then smothered in a decadently creamy sauce that combines shallots, garlic, and heavy cream. Top everything off with both Gruyere and Parmesan cheese for a truly amazing fall dish. Full recipe here.

Healthy Pumpkin Muffins

It wouldn’t be fall without a little (or a lot) of pumpkin in our lives, right? This recipe for Cozy Pumpkin Muffins from A Couple Cooks blog is perfect for satisfying our craving while being both healthy and yummy. The pumpkin puree used in these muffins makes them extra light and moist, and the streusel topping adds an unexpected and delightful crunch. Check out the full recipe here.

Butternut Lasagna

This Butternut Lasagna with Mushrooms and Sage recipe from food blog Feasting at Home is a super tasty, vegetarian-friendly comfort dish. This quintessentially fall meal can be assembled ahead of time, stored in the fridge, and then heated up in the oven when you’re ready to eat, so it’s a great stress-free option when busy and juggling a lot at once.
