Where to Enjoy Outdoor Dining Near Monarc

Living at Monarc, we’re lucky that fabulous outdoor dining options abound year-round in Miami! As the coronavirus remains a concern, the ability to dine outside safely is just one more reason to love South Florida living. With so many fabulous options for outdoor dining, we’ve rounded up this list of some of our favorite spots near Monarc to help narrow down your next pick.

Rosie’s

Looking for somewhere to get delicious breakfast in a super cute outdoor space? Look no further than Rosie’s Pop-Up in nearby Overtown. Rosie’s is part of the Copper Door B&B, an inviting place to stay in a historic section of Miami. The restaurant is open from Thursday to Sunday, serving breakfast all day from 9am-3pm.

The Rusty Pelican 

Head across the Rickenbacker Causeway to The Rusty Pelican for outdoor seating with a gorgeous waterfront view. Dine on fresh seafood while taking in the beauty of Key Biscayne. The Rusty Pelican is open daily and boasts a fantastic happy hour Monday through Thursday. Be sure to make reservations beforehand here.

  

Café Bastille 

We love Café Bastille for their French-inspired menu and welcoming atmosphere. With plenty of outdoor seating, it’s a great local spot for grabbing breakfast, brunch, or lunch while enjoying some warm Miami sunshine. Stop by for their live DJ on weekends starting at 2pm! La Mar

This Brickell restaurant by world-renowned chef Gastón Acurio offers a Peruvian take on delicious seafood dishes. Enjoy La Mer’s signature ceviches and craft cocktails in outdoor seating that boasts views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay. Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink 

Located in the Design District, Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink offers contemporary American cuisine in an expansive (and newly-renovated) outdoor patio. The outside space is fully covered and fills up quickly, so make sure to book your reservation ahead here. They are open daily and serve a delicious brunch on Sundays.

Mandolin Aegean Bistro

If you’re looking to be transported to the Greek Islands, step into the gorgeous Mediterranean atmosphere of Mandolin Aegean Bistro. Also located in the Design District, the restaurant is housed in a cozy former bungalow that features a dreamy outdoor dining space. With a menu of Greek and Turkish influences, Mandolin Aegean Bistro offers a magical escape right here in Miami.
