Celebrate Mango Season at Fairchild Garden

It’s mango season here in Miami! One of the best places to celebrate the delicious tropical fruit is at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, where they’ve been paying tribute to the South Florida staple for the last 25 years. Throughout the month of July, Fairchild Garden is hosting a number of mango-centric events, including a Mango Dinner on July 30th helmed by esteemed chef Cindy Hutson. Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience

Head to the Olympia Theater here in downtown Miami for an immersive art experience featuring the works of the great Dutch painter Vincent Van Gogh. The exhibit presents more than 300 of the iconic artist’s works in the form of breathtaking digital projections, welcoming visitors to step inside the work of art itself. “Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience” also includes a virtual reality component taking viewers on a 10-minute retrospective of the artist’s life. Find tickets and additional information here.

Rolling Loud After Party at Oasis

If you didn’t manage to snag tickets to this year’s Rolling Loud hip-hop music festival at the Hard Rock Stadium, there’s still a chance to catch some of the action at Wynwood’s Oasis venue. Travis Scott hosts the official After Party there this Saturday, July 24th at 8pm, bringing all the fun party vibes to the more intimate setting of this popular new spot. Find tickets and more info here.

Celebrate National Tequila Day

This Saturday marks National Tequila Day in the US, and what better way to celebrate than by visiting one of the many excellent Mexican restaurants here in Miami. In Brickell, check out Cantina La Veinte for delicious modern Mexican fare and inventive tequila cocktails. Or cheers the day at Coyo Taco with a yummy margarita and plenty of tacos.

#FreeBritney Brunch

After a Saturday spent enjoying National Tequila Day, a brunch to soak up the festivities is probably in order. This one hosted by TimeOut Market Miami is also perfect for anyone supporting the #FreeBritney movement after following the pop star’s intense legal battles. Head to the market this Sunday to jam out to classic Britney Spears hits while sampling all the delicious offerings on hand. Market brunches and unlimited champagne will be served for just $22 from noon to 3pm. Find more event details here.
