Strawberry Lemonade Punch
Country Living recommends this recipe for a light, thirst-quenching beverage the whole family can try. You’ll need:
INGREDIENTS
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1 1/2 strawberries, hulled and halved
1 cup sparkling water
1 cup blueberries (optional)
Simply combine lemon juice, maple syrup, 3/4 pound strawberries, and 2 cups water in a blender until smooth (about 1 or 2 minutes). Add the sparkling water and remaining berries, add ice, and enjoy!
Non-Alcoholic Raspberry Mojito
A Sweet Pea Chef has a delicious recipe for the perfect raspberry mojito mocktail. Muddle mint, simple syrup, and raspberries together (her recipe also includes instructions for making simple syrup). Add ice and top with raspberry, soda, and lime juice. Garnish and sip up! The recipe in its entirety can be found here.
INGREDIENTS
3-4 fresh raspberries plus more for garnish
5-6 mint leaves
2 tbsp. simple syrup
1/4 cup raspberry juice or can use cran-raspberry juice
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice approx. 1/2 medium-large lime
1/2 cup club soda or sparkling mineral water
Classic Daiquiri
This tropical favorite comes with the added bonus of being super easy to make! Esquire instructs to simply squeeze the lime into a shaker, mix in the sugar, and then add rum. Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. white rum
1/2 tsp. superfine sugar
1/2 oz. lime juice
Watermelon Tequila Cocktail
Food & Wine shares Bobby Flay’s recipe for a cocktail using the quintessential summer fruit. He recommends combining strained watermelon juice with silver tequila, simple syrup, blueberries, mint and fresh lime juice. Find the full recipe here.

1/4 cup water
1/4 cup granulated sugar
8 cups diced seedless watermelon (1 pound)
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 3/4 cups blueberries
3/4 cup lightly packed fresh mint leaves, plus 8 sprigs for garnish
1 1/4 cups silver tequila
Ice
Rosemary Gin Fizz
This recipe from Delish offers a fresh take on the gin fizz with the addition of rosemary simple syrup. Combine ingredients in a shaker, shake with ice, and strain into glass.
