By now you may even be inspired to cook up some of your own tasty treats. Banana Bread with Chocolate Chunks

If you’ve been spying those banana bread posts on social media with envy, look no further than Miami food blogger The Food-E for the recipe. Their moist banana bread includes chocolate chunks for a special twist on the traditional version-- or leave them out if that’s not your style! The yummy and simple recipe can be found here.  

 

“Flawless Sandwich on a Whim” from The Sister Yard

The Sister Yard is the work of two Miami-based sisters. Their youtube cooking classes and Instagram offer recipes featuring chef-approved dishes with an emphasis on local produce. Their “Flawless Sandwich on a Whim” recipe showcases a Panela spread with prosciutto, egg, gouda, and arugula. The perfect quick sandwich to assemble while you’re taking a break from working at home.

 

Della Bowls’ “Green Bowl” 

Chef Julie Frans of Brickell and Wynwood healthy plant-based restaurant Della Bowls shares her Green Bowl recipe on their blog. Chilaquiles con Huevos 

Renowned chef Scott Linquist of Miami favorite Coyo Taco (which was featured in our supporting local business blog) shares a recipe for his Chilaquiles con Huevos with the Miami New Times. Miami food blogger Fat Girl Hedonist shares recipes, as well as amazing food content from local restaurants on her blog and Instagram. Her recipe for Tiramisu with a Cuban twist is one you won’t want to miss. Her secret is switching out the coffee used in typical Tiramisu recipes, and replacing it with Cuban espresso.
