A: everyone must qualify to live at our community.

A: as long as the unit is left in good condition.
Q: if I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
A: yes but a penalties will be charged.
Q: can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
A: yes but a month to month fee will be charged.
Q: what utilities are included in my lease?
A: no utilities are included in the lease.
Q: how long is the term of the lease?
A: we offer 12 month lease.
Q: do you accept leases for short terms?
A: not at this time.
Q: am I required to have renters insurance?
A: yes we require renters insurance.
Q: if something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
A: you can either call our leasing office or go on to our web-site and set up a service request using your resident portal information.
Q: when is my rent payment due?
A: the rent is due on the 1st of each month.
Q: what day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
A: on 4th you will be liable for a late charge.
Q: will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
A: yes.
Q: is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
A: yes you can log into your resident portal.
Q: there is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
A: yes guests are permitted for up to two weeks.
Q: i have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
A: in the parking garage.
Q: my children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
A: yes you must notify the office of any staying more than 2 weeks.
Q: can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
A: no.

A: yes we are open 24 hour for your convenience.
